Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant
- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, travel and meetings.
- Write, prepare and monitor correspondence (letters, notes, minutes, reports).
- Ensure the reception, processing and dissemination of internal and external information.
- Organize management meetings, seminars and events.
- Prepare administrative files and presentation materials.
- Follow up on commitments, follow up with internal or external contacts.
- Welcome visitors and screen phone calls.
- Perfect mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Rigor, responsiveness and versatility.
