Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant

  • Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, travel and meetings.
  • Write, prepare and monitor correspondence (letters, notes, minutes, reports).
  • Ensure the reception, processing and dissemination of internal and external information.
  • Organize management meetings, seminars and events.
  • Prepare administrative files and presentation materials.
  • Follow up on commitments, follow up with internal or external contacts.
  • Welcome visitors and screen phone calls.

  • Perfect mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Rigor, responsiveness and versatility.
