Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments.
  • Prepare the meetings (agenda, invitations, minutes).
  • Drafting and formatting internal or external letters, memos and documents.
  • To ensure daily administrative management (filing, archiving, monitoring of files).
  • Coordinate internal and external communication with the various departments and partners.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with teams if necessary.
  • Participate in the preparation of reports, summaries and presentations for Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bac+2/3 in executive assistance, management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, office tools and administrative management.
  • Personal qualities: rigorous, organized, discreet, responsive, excellent communication.
  • Languages: fluency in French and possibly English depending on the company.
