Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's schedule and appointments.
- Prepare the meetings (agenda, invitations, minutes).
- Drafting and formatting internal or external letters, memos and documents.
- To ensure daily administrative management (filing, archiving, monitoring of files).
- Coordinate internal and external communication with the various departments and partners.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with teams if necessary.
- Participate in the preparation of reports, summaries and presentations for Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bac+2/3 in executive assistance, management or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, office tools and administrative management.
- Personal qualities: rigorous, organized, discreet, responsive, excellent communication.
- Languages: fluency in French and possibly English depending on the company.
