Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating between clients, partners, and team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Managing schedules, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal and business documents.
  • Assist with accounting tasks, including tracking expenses and advances, entering accounting data, and monitoring client billing.
  • Supporting office administration and maintaining organized filing systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational, communication, and drafting skills.
Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Accounting skills, including the entering of accounting data.
Prior experience as an Executive or Legal Assistant is an advantage.
Discretion, reliability, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
