Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all incoming and outgoing client communications (email, phone, WhatsApp)
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
Prepare correspondence, reports, and business documents
Maintain and update records on the ERP system (Odoo preferred)
Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines across departments
Handle confidential information with discretion
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in an administrative or executive support role
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus (Odoo preferred)
- Familiarity with email management and scheduling tools
Language Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
