Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing core administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks. This role requires a proactive and highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Email Management
Manage the executive s calendar, including scheduling meetings and organizing daily priorities
Draft, review, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and expense management
Coordinate meetings and handle logistical tasks such as travel arrangements
Communication & Documentation
Facilitate smooth communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Data Tasks & Reporting
Organize, track, and enter data accurately, maintaining up-to-date and reliable records
Logistics & Coordination
Organize travel, events, and other business-related logistics to ensure seamless execution
Cross-Departmental Support
Assist other departments and team members as needed, responding to requests promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex calendars and multiple priorities
Proficiency with Google Suite and common office tools such as Zoom and Slack
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly and on time
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
What Success Looks Like
The executive s calendar is consistently organized and optimized, reducing scheduling conflicts
Communications are accurate, professional, and delivered promptly
Administrative tasks are completed efficiently with minimal follow-up required
Data and records are well-organized, accurate, and easily accessible
Travel, events, and logistics are coordinated smoothly without issues
