Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Coordinating calls and scheduling appointments.
- Following up on agreed actions and deliverables.
- Organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and workflow
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Female.
- 2-4 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and executive needs.
- Experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
