Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Coordinating calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Following up on agreed actions and deliverables.
  • Organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and workflow

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Female.

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and executive needs.
  • Experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
