Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting C-level leadership by ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing executive priorities, maintaining a structured and organized office environment, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between C-level executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and administrative processes.
- Support special projects and provide administrative assistance as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
