Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of strengthening our Management team, we are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support Management in the daily and strategic management of its activities.
Main tasks:
- To ensure the daily administrative management of the General Directorate
- Organize and optimize schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
- Managing visitor reception and telephone calls
- Prepare and monitor files, reports and correspondence
- Participate in the organization of internal and external events (meetings, seminars, training sessions)
- Ensuring a smooth interface with internal and international stakeholders
- Guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information processed
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:
- Minimum education: Bac+4 (Management, Administration or equivalent)
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in luxury hotels
- Excellent mastery of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent French and professional English (spoken and written)
- Sense of organization, rigor and prioritization skills
- Absolute discretion, autonomy and a strong sense of service
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
