Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of strengthening our Management team, we are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support Management in the daily and strategic management of its activities.

Main tasks:

  • To ensure the daily administrative management of the General Directorate
  • Organize and optimize schedules, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Managing visitor reception and telephone calls
  • Prepare and monitor files, reports and correspondence
  • Participate in the organization of internal and external events (meetings, seminars, training sessions)
  • Ensuring a smooth interface with internal and international stakeholders
  • Guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information processed

Desired Candidate Profile

Search profile:

  • Minimum education: Bac+4 (Management, Administration or equivalent)
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in luxury hotels
  • Excellent mastery of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent French and professional English (spoken and written)
  • Sense of organization, rigor and prioritization skills
  • Absolute discretion, autonomy and a strong sense of service
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
