Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage a complex and dynamic schedule, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
  • Communication Hub: Screen and prioritize all forms of communication (calls, emails, mail) and draft professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for meetings; take minutes; and track action items.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company, financial, and personnel information with strict confidentiality.
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships (IT, cleaning, catering).
  • Staff Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for staff queries related to office infrastructure and operations.
  • Budget & Expense Tracking: Manage petty cash, process CEO expense reports, and oversee office supply budgets.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in setting up new hires with workspace, equipment, and access.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + local language)
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and professional appearance
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager is a plus
