Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic planning process by gathering data, preparing reports, and tracking key initiatives.

  • Assist in the implementation of Business Excellence and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Participate in process improvement projects and support documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement through active participation and idea sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

  • Other acceptable backgrounds: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Operations, Production, Quality, or Supply Chain Engineering

  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and reporting

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Comfortable working in a factory environment and coordinating with different departments

  • Exposure through internships, projects, or practical work in manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, planning, or operations is an advantage

  • Basic understanding of KPI tracking, root cause analysis, process mapping, SOPs, Lean tools, and implementation follow-up is preferred

  • Good attitude, discipline, ownership, and willingness to learn and support implementation work on the ground.
