Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic planning process by gathering data, preparing reports, and tracking key initiatives.

  • Assist in the implementation of Business Excellence and continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Participate in process improvement projects and support documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement through active participation and idea sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies (certification is a plus but not mandatory).

  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Excellence, operations, consulting, or related areas (internships count).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis techniques.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
