Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

A Chartered Accountant with 2 years of post-qualification experience is required to support financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely preparation of reports. The role involves handling financial reporting, taxation, audits, management reporting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage corporate tax filings, GST, and other statutory returns.
  • Ensure tax compliance and assist in tax audits.

Audit Support

  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Management Reporting

  • Prepare financial analysis and variance reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Cash Flow & Working Capital

  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital requirements.

Internal Control & Risk Management

  • Implement and monitor internal controls.
  • Address discrepancies and mitigate risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) ICAI or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and auditing standards.

Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred).

Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
