Roles & Responsibilities

Executive chef to deliver excellent culinary service and effectively lead kitchen team
Expertise in lead kitchen operations / menu & seasonal event planning / innovative menu development. Implementing quality and safety systems

Required Candidate profile

Masters / Bachelors holder in Hotel Management with 10+ years of experience in similar role.
Good communication skill in English, Malayalam & Hindi.
Knowledge in Arabic preferred.
