Job Summary:

The Executive Chef Snacks Division is responsible for leading the culinary innovation, development, and execution of all snack products. This role combines creativity and operational excellence to design, test, and launch snack items that align with brand standards, consumer trends, and profitability goals. The Executive Chef will oversee recipe formulation, ingredient sourcing, production processes, and quality assurance to ensure every snack product meets high culinary and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of flavor development, snack textures, and global snack trends.


Strong leadership and communication skills.


Knowledge of food safety regulations


Proven ability to innovate and deliver commercially viable products.


Strong organizational and project management skills


Requirements


Bachelor in hospitality management or equivalent.

Minimum of 7 years of experience.

Experience in managing team etc.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Ability to train and lead teams effectively.
