Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

The Executive Coordinator will serve as the central hub for organizational efficiency, supporting executive leadership and driving business development. This role bridges project management, sales coordination, customer engagement, and administrative support. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

  • Call and follow up on new leads and opportunities.
  • Update CRM system daily and track pipeline progress.
  • Follow up with customers, offers, and payments.
  • Conduct online/offline product demos and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Arrange meetings, visits, and client engagements.
  • Support campaigns, publish regular posts, and reply to customer comments.
  • Conduct market surveys, collect and analyze data, and measure customer satisfaction.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate delivery management and ensure smooth client handovers.
  • Follow up with the team to ensure accountability and timely completion.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide high-level support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Handle office administration, procurement, and policy implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and market research preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain confidentiality.
