Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Coordinator to support the Medical Search Committee and Institutional Review Board (IRB).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate physician and faculty recruitment activities, interviews, and committee meetings
  • Prepare agendas, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes
  • Communicate with applicants, researchers, committee members, and stakeholders
  • Maintain IRB records, approvals, and regulatory documentation
  • Support IRB processes and ensure compliance with institutional policies

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, research, or compliance preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
