Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Coordinator to support the Medical Search Committee and Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate physician and faculty recruitment activities, interviews, and committee meetings
- Prepare agendas, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Communicate with applicants, researchers, committee members, and stakeholders
- Maintain IRB records, approvals, and regulatory documentation
- Support IRB processes and ensure compliance with institutional policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, research, or compliance preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
