Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Creative Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the creative team, including art directors, designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
Develop and communicate the company s creative vision and ensure it aligns with the overall brand identity and business goals
2- Conceptualization and Ideation:
Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns, events, and other projects
Oversee the development of creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate client messages
3- Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and requirements, translating them into effective creative solutions
Present and explain creative concepts to clients, addressing their feedback and making necessary revisions
4- Campaign and Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, project managers, and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution
5- Quality Control:
Maintain high creative standards by reviewing and providing feedback on creative work, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and industry best practices
Ensure that all creative outputs are aligned with the company s strategic objectives and client expectations
6- Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative innovations to keep the company s offerings fresh and competitive
7- Team Management:
Supervise and lead the Creative team, providing guidance and support to foster their creativity and professional development
Conduct performance evaluations and ensure the team s productivity and effectiveness
Required Skills:
- 10+ years creative leadership experience in the advertising industry
- In-depth understanding of design principles, branding, and advertising strategies
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align creative efforts with business goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a creative team
- The basic work location is in Riyadh
- This position requires travelling
Desired Candidate Profile
- BA degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent, from a renowned university
