Leads and develops the Medical Tourism strategy to attract international patients, expand global market presence, and enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops and implements the overall medical tourism strategy aligned with the hospital s mission and objectives.
  
• Sets annual targets for patient volume, revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
  
• Establishes and maintains partnerships with global healthcare providers.
  
• Oversees creation of multilingual marketing materials and online content.
  
• Manages branding strategies to brand the hospital as a leading international healthcare destination.
  
• Oversees end-to-end international patient services including inquiries, medical opinions, admissions, discharge, and post-care follow-up.
  
• Establishes and monitors service standards related to patient satisfaction, response time, quality of care, and case turnaround.
  
• Manages department staffing, professional development, and performance evaluation.
  
• Leads crisis management and resolution efforts for complex patient situations.
  
• Oversees financial performance, cost-control measures, and revenue optimization.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, or other relevant area
• Minimum 15 years of related experience, including 5 years current experience in a large organization, i.e., in healthcare facility offering medical tourism, in a medical tourism organization, or in international patient services
