Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receiving closed card collection tasks from the team leader and contacting the customer.
- Handling emails received from companies regarding closed cards and taking the necessary actions for each case.
- Sending payment requests for closed card customers to companies and ensuring collection.
- Creating payment orders for closed cards and submitting them for review and approval.
- Dispatching a representative to inquire about the customer in case of communication difficulties.
- Referring delinquent customers along with their reports to the Legal Affairs Department.
- Submitting performance reports to the team leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree.
- (1 : 3) Years of working experience.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
