Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and develop executive/shop drawings and schedules exclusively from the Revit BIM model per specs, BEP, and local codes.
- Build and maintain coordinated BIM models (Revit) for Architectural/Structural (and interface with MEP).
- Perform clash detection & coordination (e.g., Navisworks, Revit Coordination) and resolve issues within the BIM environment.
- Interpret A/S/MEP inputs to produce model-based documentation; all deliverables are Revit-native (IFC/RVT).
- Manage revisions centrally within the Revit model, maintaining model health, views, sheets, and parameters.
- Participate in remote technical meetings; provide BIM-based support to stakeholders.
- Maintain structured digital records for models, revisions, and submissions.
- Support as-built and closeout documentation from Revit using remotely provided inputs (drawings, photos/video, measurements).
Bachelor s degree in architecture
- 1 4 years in executive/shop drawings or technical office (architecture discipline).
- BIM-first: Autodesk Revit (mandatory) for modeling, sheets, schedules, families, and coordination.
- (Optional) Navisworks/IFC for clash coordination & exchanges.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, detailing, and standards for architectural scope.
- Proven ability to interpret & coordinate architectural with structural/MEP inputs within a BIM workflow.
- Excellent attention to detail and QA/QC in model-based documentation.
- Effective communication & teamwork
- Strong organization & time management; meets deadlines in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with relevant codes/regulations and BEP/LOD/LOI practices.
- Experience working remotely or in flexible environments is a plus.
