Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all architectural finishing works on assigned real estate projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of finishing activities.
Review architectural drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety of finishing works.
Resolve technical issues related to finishing works and provide expert guidance to site teams.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, snag lists, and handover documents.
Ensure that all finishing materials and workmanship meet the required standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with procurement teams to select and approve finishing materials and suppliers.
Manage project timelines and budgets related to finishing activities, identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to address feedback and ensure satisfaction with final finishes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architecture .
3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural finishing within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
