Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an Executive – Engineering Services with proven experience in the Facility Management industry to support the effective operation, maintenance, and coordination of engineering services across assigned facilities. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  1. Oversee day-to-day engineering operations within facility management projects

  2. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems

  3. Monitor FM subcontractors and ensure SLA and KPI compliance

  4. Assist in managing work orders, AMC schedules, and asset registers

  5. Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies

  6. Prepare technical reports, service logs, and documentation

  7. Support budgeting, cost control, and material planning related to engineering services

  8. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field)

  2. 3–5 years of experience in engineering services within the Facility Management industry

  3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems operations & maintenance

  4. Experience in subcontractor coordination and service management

  5. Good communication and reporting skills

  6. Familiarity with CAFM systems

  7. Must be flexible to work in multi-site FM environments
