Executive - Engineering Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC

We are seeking an experienced Executive – Engineering to manage and oversee Hard Services operations within a Facilities Management environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in managing MEP systems, maintenance activities, and site operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Oversee day‑to‑day Hard Services engineering operations, including MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems

2. Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities

3. Ensure all engineering systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements

4. Manage engineering teams, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery

5. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews

6. Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and technical reports

7. Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements or lifecycle replacements

8. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth operations

9. Control budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs

10. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, local authority regulations, and FM best practices

11. Support mobilization of new sites and transition activities, when required
