Executive - Facilities Management Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC

We are seeking an experienced Executive – Facilities Management (Arab Nationals) to manage and oversee hard FM operations across assigned facilities in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted operation of MEP systems, compliance with statutory requirements, and delivery of high-quality engineering services in line with FM best practices. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1. Manage overall Facilities Management operations across assigned sites.

2. Oversee MEP systems including Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Life Safety, and ELV.

3. Ensure effective execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.

4. Supervise and coordinate FM engineering teams, supervisors, and technicians.

5. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and asset condition assessments to ensure system reliability.

6. Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and Dubai local authority requirements.

7. Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, maintenance plans, and technical reports.

8. Monitor engineering budgets, materials, and resource utilization.

9. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth delivery of services.

10. Support engineering activities related to projects, refurbishments, snag clearance, and system upgrades.

11. Act as the focal point for all FM-related client communications and inspections.

12. Act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants, vendors, and subcontractors.

13. Supervise FM teams, site supervisors, and service providers to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.

14. Support transition, mobilization, demobilization, and handover of FM contracts.
