Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive – Facility Management with previous experience as Site Engineer or Senior MEP Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.


  1. Supervise day-to-day FM operations including MEP, cleaning, etc.

  2. Ensure all AMC, PPM, and corrective maintenance activities are executed as per schedule

  3. Monitor service requests (SRs), complaints, and quotations through the system/portal

  4. Coordinate with technicians, cleaners, vendors, and subcontractors on site

  5. Ensure compliance with HSE, client SOPs, and company policies record maintained

  6. Inspect completed works and ensure quality and client satisfaction

  7. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments (HR, SCM, Finance)

  8. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports, site updates, and daily SRs closure status

  9. Support handover, inspections, and audits (IDAMA / DCM / Client)

  10. Lead and guide technicians and cleaners on daily tasks

  11. Execute PPM, corrective maintenance, and cleaning schedules

  12. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and PPE

  13. Coordinate with Facility Coordinator for job allocation and priorities

  14. Attend and close service requests and client complaints

  15. Perform basic inspections and identify potential issues

  16. Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of team members

  17. Update job status and support documentation/photos for closure

  18. Assist during inspections, handovers, and emergency situations

  19. Maintain all the HSE and operation documents up to date

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Facility Management industry

  2. Background as a Site Engineer or Senior MEP Supervisor

  3. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, FM operations, and site coordination

  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

  5. Ability to manage daily FM operations, subcontractors, and client interactions

  6. Willing to relocate/work in Abu Dhabi
