Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire kitchen operation, ensuring seamless service and exceptional food quality.
  • Develop and refine innovative menus that reflect culinary trends and cater to diverse palates.
  • Manage and mentor a culinary team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee food costing and inventory management, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the culinary field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of international cuisines and culinary techniques.

  • Ready to relocate to Somalia -Mogadishu East Africa
