We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service excellence for our guests. The ideal candidate should also possess strong expertise in laundry operations and a proven track record in managing large-scale housekeeping functions.

What You ll Do:

Lead, motivate, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas.
Implement and oversee effective housekeeping procedures, inventory control, and cost-management initiatives.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment that encourages growth, development, and engagement within the team.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience.

A proven leader with solid experience in luxury or upscale hospitality.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively.
