Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms and public areas
Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff
Maintain cleanliness standards in line with company policies
Manage housekeeping schedules and staff attendance
Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies as needed
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally and efficiently
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety regulations
