Requirements
Extensive experience in housekeeping, with at least 3 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping processes, cleaning equipment, and hygiene protocols.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high operational demands.
Experience with hotel management systems (PMS) and housekeeping software is an advantage.
