• Manage all of the company's material and logistical resources (buildings, vehicles, equipment, supplies).
• Ensure the maintenance, upkeep and security of the premises.
• Monitor service contracts (security, cleaning, maintenance, rental, etc.).
• Manage operating purchases (supplies, consumables, furniture).
• Supervise logistics and/or maintenance teams if applicable.
• Ensure cost optimization and the proper functioning of infrastructure.
• Follow up on administrative files related to insurance, authorizations, compliance.

• Minimum Bac +4 training in management, logistics or equivalent field.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with different people.
• Organizational skills, responsiveness, rigor and ability to manage unforeseen events.
