Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, greeting visitors with traditional Emirati hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining accurate records and adhering to local postal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, with a focus on Arabic language proficiency.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to cultural protocols.
  • Prepare and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes, with a focus on local suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to Emirati cultural traditions.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, representing the company with grace and professionalism, and upholding Emirati values in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in office administration or secretarial work, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Has experience in the hospitality or related service industries, showcasing an understanding of customer service principles.
  • Is a UAE National (Emirati), reflecting a deep understanding of local culture and traditions.
  • Is fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), demonstrating strong computer skills.
  • Displays excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, facilitating effective collaboration and task management.
  • Demonstrates exceptional professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic, embodying the values of the company.
  • Possesses a presentable and well-groomed appearance, with a welcoming demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
