Job Description

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure the executive lounge is impeccably clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for executive guests as needed.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Uphold the hotels standards of excellence and adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
  • Experience in a 5 Star hotel , preferably in a food & beverage services role.
  • Flexibility to take on various shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
