Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity and trust.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards.
- Draft and edit business documents using MS Word.
- Use AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
- Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, Word (mandatory).
- Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written).
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Age under 32 years old.
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly confidential.
