Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity and trust.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards.
  • Draft and edit business documents using MS Word.
  • Use AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
  • Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, Word (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • Age under 32 years old.
  • Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly confidential.
