Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and organize executive email inboxes, prioritizing, responding, and flagging critical matters
Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Track tasks, deadlines, and ongoing operational items across multiple teams
Liaise with team leaders and dispatchers to delegate conversations and responsibilities as directed
Monitor workflows and ensure issues are escalated appropriately
Provide structured, categorized reports to leadership highlighting operational updates, urgent matters, and outstanding issues
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Improve internal communication processes and workflow efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
Strong command of the English dialogue
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, calm manner
Experience coordinating between teams and leadership
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
