Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate screen printing, foiling, vacuum forming, and hot stamping machinery.

  • Supervise production workers to maximize output while optimizing manpower utilization.

  • Ensure adherence to quality SOPs for all printing, foiling, and vacuum forming processes.

  • Support new product development (NPD) activities in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.

  • Coordinate effectively with Planning, R&D, QA, Warehouse, and Production Filling departments for smooth operations.

  • Oversee line efficiencies, raw material/print material stock monitoring, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Implement GMP, safety, and discipline standards across production lines.

  • Operate ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards – JDE) for production tracking and reporting.

  • Provide efficient service to support filling lines and other production processes.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in process efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate degree (Engineering – Mechanical/Production preferred). Diploma in Printing

  • Technology will be an added advantage. 7–10 years of experience in production roles, specifically handling plastic components and glass bottles.

  • Hands-on exposure to printing & foiling of plastics and glass bottles, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding machinery, and organic & UV printing methods.

  • Strong knowledge of production line supervision, quality control, and manpower optimization.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards). Male candidates aged 30–35 years preferred.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
