Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Engineer / Supervisor in daily operational tasks.
- Monitor production processes and provide updates on progress.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, job cards, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Support in troubleshooting minor production issues and escalating major concerns.
- Assist in scheduling manpower and work allocation for production activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline.
- Candidates with technical certifications (e.g., Production, Lean Manufacturing, or Safety) will be preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment ( fresh graduates with strong aptitude will also be considered)
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and manufacturing process.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
