Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:


Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in construction/contracting industry)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications
