Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in construction/contracting industry)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
Support day-to-day office operations and coordination with departments
