Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the office database, organize and archive documents.
- Handle correspondence: answer calls, take messages, draft emails, and maintain communication with external entities.
- Track task plans: update deadlines in the tasking system, follow up on progress, and report modifications.
- Manage scheduling: arrange appointments, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Log and process office expenses and income.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Conduct research and implement administrative procedures as requested by management.
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
