Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the office database, organize and archive documents.

  • Handle correspondence: answer calls, take messages, draft emails, and maintain communication with external entities.
  • Track task plans: update deadlines in the tasking system, follow up on progress, and report modifications.
  • Manage scheduling: arrange appointments, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Log and process office expenses and income.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Conduct research and implement administrative procedures as requested by management.
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
