Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Chairman s daily schedule and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and professional communication on behalf of management.
- Maintain and organize confidential electronic and paper files professionally.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with travel arrangements when required (flights, hotels, transportation).
- Welcome visitors and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Receive and deliver documents between departments and follow up professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must be a resident of Alexandria.
- Female
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance, high interpersonal skills, and strong confidentiality ethics.
- Experience in real estate development is a plus.
