Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executive s daily schedule and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting minutes.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and professional communication on behalf of management.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files and records (electronic and hard copies).
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) when required.
  • Welcome visitors and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
