Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Duties (tasks and responsibilities):
To take into account and communicate to superiors any risk that could compromise the performance of one's duties, and to implement appropriate actions in accordance with guidelines.
Receive and distribute written information (mail, email, telephone) upon arrival and departure
Managing the director's schedule
Welcoming, informing and directing visitors and staff
Prepare correspondence and meeting minutes, and send out invitations.
Entering, formatting, and reproducing documents (letters, reports, publications, presentation materials)
Write notes or correspondence based on oral or written instructions.
Organize the logistics of the meetings
Gathering information and documents for the creation of files
Classify and archive documents
Disseminate internal and external information related to the functioning of the structure
Apply HSE measures and instructions
Profile
General training: Senior Technician in secretarial studies
Professional training: secretarial skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Professional experience: 2 years
Availability : Immediate
