Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Drafting and formatting documents, letters and reports
- Filter and process phone calls and emails
- Organize meetings, prepare the necessary files and materials
- To act as a liaison between management and the various departments
- Classifying and archiving official documents
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in secretarial studies, management or equivalent
- Good mastery of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
