Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks. 
  • Manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Drafting and formatting documents, letters and reports
  • Filter and process phone calls and emails
  • Organize meetings, prepare the necessary files and materials
  • To act as a liaison between management and the various departments
  • Classifying and archiving official documents
