Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Get quotations for local purchases
Coordinate office events and employee activities
Handle and manage incoming/outgoing calls and faxes.
Manage and update vacation files of employees.
Handle petty cash in coordination with the Accounts Dept.
Manage hotel bookings, air tickets, airport pickup/drop off and coordinate with the guests/visitors.
Coordinate events and office occasions such as monthly birthdays of employees and meetings.
Assist in sending documents through courier services.
Register received documents and samples from courier services and handover it to the concerned person/department.
