Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and monitor operational activities, facilitating timely communication between departments and project teams.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain reports, project updates, and operational documentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Organize and manage operational files, contracts, and records related to Egypt operations, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones, proactively assisting in progress monitoring and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with department coordinators, project teams, and other internal stakeholders as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Draft and format presentations, memos, meeting minutes, and correspondence for internal and external communication.
  • Microsoft Word: Handle the correspondences with excellent typing skills
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Ability to create visually engaging presentations, charts, and slides.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficient in advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
  • Written Communication: Skilled in drafting clear, professional memos, circulars, and emails within an operational context.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time Management: Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably within operations or project-based environments.
  • Prior experience supporting senior management or cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
