Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Looking for an Executive Secretary with a minimum of 10 years of work Experience to support CEO and provide timely, high-quality assistance in all administrative and clerical capacities. The ideal candidate must be impeccably skilled and organized.
- Maintain the calendar of CEO's activities, Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on course.
- Regular follow up for projects with Partners Local/International, Senior Management, Group Companies, suppliers & clients
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports
- Schedule meetings and appointments while considering optimal time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing communication and relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must be able to anticipate and address the needs of senior leadership and perform all administrative tasks necessary to ensure our company's workflow runs at maximum efficiency.
Must be IT Savvy with experience into latest technologies and trends.
Must be able to operate with high level of organizational and inter-personal skills
Should have excellent communication skills with a Flair for Business Terms & correspondences. Previous experience in similar profile is strongly preferred.
