Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop data-driven space allocation models based on sales, ADS, strategic priority, and shelf norms.
Create and maintain planograms aligned with strategy and store formats.
Build Excel-based tools and calculators to automate space planning and improve efficiency.
Establish end-to-end processes for space optimization, pilot execution, and expansion rollout.
Conduct pilot, measure performance impact, and scale successful models.
Coordinate with Category and Store Operations teams for implementation.
Conduct store visits to validate planogram compliance and resolve practical challenges.
Track and report KPIs related to space productivity and sales uplift.
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility
- Graduate (Business / Retail / Analytics preferred)
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Retail Space planning
- Planogram development
- Retail analytics
- Process setup and implementation
