Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily operations across departments (beauty, wellness, fitness)
Work closely with the founder to align business strategy and uphold brand values
Lead, train, and evaluate staff performance and scheduling
Ensure an excellent client experience and uphold service excellence standards
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and operational logistics
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
7 10 years of proven experience in managing spa, wellness centers, or hospitality environments
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Fluency in English and Arabic & French.
