Generate and develop conceptual and new ideas for Events, Exhibitions, Activations and Roadshows.

• Setting Projects Schedules.
• Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
• Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings.
• Work on architectural 3D modeling, unwrapping, texturing, lighting, rendering visuals and walk through projects.
• Follow client preferences with regards to texture, colors, style, decoration etc. and producing sample or mood Board.
• Work on and Manage projects requiring multiple views from concept to delivery.
• Fully understand the brand identity and guidelines and ensure consistency of applications across all aspects.
• Ability to strategically interface and brainstorm with other teammates regarding the project;
• Ability to grasp the substance of business issues being communicated and then re-articulate design options that enhance and meet the brief understanding

We are looking for an extremely creative, experienced, and highly motivated addition to our team.

• Proven work experience in a BTL agency (Events, Exhibitions, Activations and Roadshows.) is a must
• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Designer role in creative/design field or production design experience.
• Agency experience is necessary in Corporate Events, Interior Design, Exhibitions, Conferences, Activations etc.
• Bachelor s degree in design or any relevant studies.
• Proficiency in 3D Max, Vray, Sketch up, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge of Production.
• Excellent critical thinking skills: strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through tough problems.
• Knowledge of materials, lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
• Able to work under pressure, flexible working hours, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding creative projects.
• Creative, logical thinking, solutions oriented and self-motivated.
• Should have a strong work ethic and ability to manage time and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
