Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale exhibitions and themed experiences in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, highly organised professional with a strong track record in project management, exhibition delivery, and cross-functional coordination.


Role Overview

The Exhibition Project Manager will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, including concept development, design, production, installation, and logistics. The role involves budget and timeline management, stakeholder coordination, risk assessment, and quality control to ensure high-quality exhibitions are delivered on schedule and within budget.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage overall project timelines, budgets, and milestone plans

  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers on technical drawings, stand manufacturing, and production

  • Monitor project costs and ensure profitability

  • Lead cross-functional implementation teams including venue operations, installation, marketing, retail, and ticketing

  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure proper exhibition delivery and compliance with design standards

  • Execute merchandising and marketing plans, working with agencies to drive visitor engagement

  • Identify and manage ticketing platforms for the exhibitions

  • Conduct risk assessments and manage unexpected issues during implementation

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and clients

  • Oversee shipping, installation, setup, and load-out while ensuring adherence to safety and venue rules

  • Ensure exhibition graphics, AV, and displays meet quality and brand standards

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, loan agreements, and technical specifications

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in exhibition project management or themed venue operations

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experienced in project management tools for cross-departmental coordination, progress tracking, and cost control

  • Understanding of exhibition design, construction, and logistics

  • Strong ability to work in deadline-driven environments and manage changing priorities

  • Budget management and risk assessment experience
