Project Manager Al Forsan Holding Company L.L.C.

Role Overview

• Responsible for planning and overseeing all Al Forsan projects within various AF assets, from the initial ideation through to completion. Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

Main Duties

• In charge of ensuring various teams involved complete all projects on time and within budget. Prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.

• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for past, present and future projects.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and suppliers, constantly evaluate their performance & deliverables.

• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the Management and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

• Maintaining projects plans, status updates, minutes, presentations, execution management and execution of agreed actions.

• Assess current projects improvements opportunities and summarize for Management review and decision-making.

• Executing and managing the execution of special assignments & projects requested by the Management.

• Overseeing projects timely executions as directed by the Management.

• Apply capable and expert knowledge to project details and resolve challenges.

• Creating comprehensive recommendations based on detailed analysis of projects data, internal controls, risk-management strategies, and market influences on the projects.

• Critically analyze and evaluate projects viability options and inform Management regarding the best decisions to make.

• Provides overall due diligence regarding Al Forsan’s projects. Advice depending on the requirements of each project & its strategy.

• Coordinate with corporate leadership and process owners to provide reports and presentations based on expert understanding of market trends and best industry practices.

• After conducting the required research, put forward an projects strategy & supporting recommendations with meaningful evidence that can best help the business meet their goals.

• Pricing project inventory based on different features and attributes, while factoring in comparable sales and price support budgets.

• Creating periodic presentations quantifying and tracking project KPIs, project milestones and status.

• To perform other duties that the Management & Investment Committee may request from time to time.
